Oslo, named "European Green Capital" in 2019, has ambitious goals: Norway's capital aims to become climate-neutral by 2030.

To achieve this, the city has announced the electrified traffic turnaround and created strong incentives for buying an e-car. Did you know that in the world capital of e-mobility, every third car is now an electric car? Norway is also far ahead of the curve in the field of autonomous driving. Already this year, Oslo plans to put autonomous shuttles on the road.

In order for transport to make its contribution to climate protection, Norway relies on renewable energies. In 2022, renewable energies accounted for 99 percent of Norway's total net electricity generation.

The trip therefore has two focal points: Mobility and green energy!

    Als vollelektrischer Ridesharing-Dienst ist MOIA in Hamburg und Hannover bereits für mehr als zwei Millionen Menschen unterwegs. Mit dem Volkswagen Konzern im Rücken hat das Unternehmen das übergeordnete Ziel Fahrgastströme zu bündeln und damit den Straßenverkehr insgesamt zu reduzieren. Ab 2023 weitet MOIA das Serviceangebot in Hamburg weiter aus. Neben der Vergrößerung des Einsatzgebietes, verzahnt das Unternehmen seinen Service enger mit dem ÖPNV.

    Digitale autonome S-Bahn Hamburg:
    Einen großen Schritt in Richtung Hamburg-Takt sowie einer klimagerechten Mobilität hat die Stadt Hamburg mit der Inbetriebnahme der digitalen S-Bahn geschafft. Was zum ITS-Mobilitätskongress noch für eine Weltpremiere sorgte, ist nun Realität. Seit September 2022 ist die Bahn mit 4 vollautomatisch fahrenden, digital gesteuerten S-Bahnen auf der Linie S2 unterwegs.

    Sensors4Rail:
    Im Pilotprojekt “Sensors4Rail” erprobt die Digitale Schiene Deutschland mit vier Kooperationspartnern erstmals sensorbasierte Wahrnehmungssystem im Bahnbetrieb. Die hochmodernen Sensoren können zur Streckenbeobachtung bei Zugfahrten eingesetzt werden und liefern wichtige Daten über Zugumfeld und Position im Abgleich mit einer digitalen Karte. Zukünftig sorgen diese Daten für mehr Kapazität, Zuverlässigkeit und Effizienz auf der Schiene ohne den Bau eines einzigen neuen Gleises.

    Eines der Highlights unserer Benchmarkreise ist der Besuch beim Start-up Vay. Als erster Anbieter in Europa hat Vay kürzlich eine Ausnahmegenehmigung für ferngesteuerte Elektroautos ohne Sicherheitsfahrer auf öffentlichen Straßen erhalten. Im Stadtteil Hamburg-Bergedorf kommt der Tür-zu-Tür-Service des Start-ups bald zum Einsatz. Per App bestellen Kunden ein elektrisches Fahrzeug, das – ferngesteuert aus der Telefahrzentrale – direkt zum Kunden gebracht wird. Die lästige Parkplatzsuche entfällt.

Costs

The invitation includes the preparation of the programme, the selection of the hotel and the organisation on site. The participants book their flight/train and hotel themselves and bear the corresponding costs directly. The costs for meals and, if applicable, transport in Oslo will be apportioned after the trip.

Participation in the programme:

The programme starts on Wednesday 20th September at around 1 pm and ends on Friday 22nd September at around 5 pm.

For organisational reasons, we would like to point out that participation is only possible in the entire programme (full 3 days). Earlier departure or later arrival is not possible.

Hotel:

We have chosen the 3-star Thon Hotel Spectrum for our stay in Oslo. The boutique hotel has a central location and is within walking distance of the airport express.

The participants are partner companies from the Digital Hub Mobility ecosystem and UnternehmerTUM, decision-makers from the City of Munich, transport ministries at state and federal level, the Hanseatic City of Hamburg and other municipalities, as well as various companies and start-ups from the mobility sector.
